Went in for a screen protector for my Motorola. Said he had one for a Samsung that would work. My phone has a larger screen and it initially looked fine. Once fitted I pointed out what looked like an air bubble, he said it was a fingerprint sensor, I said my fingerprint sensor is on the back of my phone. Was basically ignored even though I said if I had known about it I wouldn't have bothered. Lighting in the shop isn't that bright so it wasn't easy to see. Later, still rather peeved I tried my phone and found it extremely unresponsive. The enter key on the keypad had to be pressed about a dozen times before it worked, totally useless. I removed and binned it, a waste of 7 which being on limited income I could I'll afford. AVOID.

Took my phone here for screen to be fixed and had to go back and forth several times to complain about screen not working and marks on screen and as usual the guy said it was my fault even though it had been in a case since being fixed. Was back today and as usual I was hit with the same rubbish. Trading standards will be involved and I will not be back. I will be telling my friends and family to avoid this place!
