We use your restaurant regularly but last night was absolutely shocking!you knew there was 13 of us coming for a meal! Service was absolutely appalling from the kitchen. Food coming out in drips and drabsmaking lots of mistakes, having to be asked several times where peoples orders were, really really poor. Your food is delicious but when I raised my concerns your answer is the staff..no staff are lovelyyou need to be more organised..you then say you were actually going to tell me to go elsewhere the night before our booking as you knew you couldnt cope !!..seriously!!??..please please sort this out !
