Not flexible if you do not like the light once you have fitted it! Bought a ceiling light for the kitchen based on one on show which looked lovely. (in hindsight, it was surrounded by many other lights which made it impossible to know exactly what kind of light it would omit) Once we put it up, it looked lovely but sadly, it did not give the kind of light we needed in the kitchen. After contacting the shop, she could have not been less interested in our plight. I know that they are not required by law to give a refund but, it is good customer relations to try and accommodate as best you can. We would have been willing to take a credit note but that was not an option. She said" because we fitted it, that was that, you chose it!! Lovely attitude. HOW ELSE CAN YOU TELL IF A LIGHT IS RIGHT FOR THAT ROOM IF YOU DON'T TRY IT ? So be aware, if you buy a light from here, just hold it up and guess what kind of effect it will have in your room !!

You would be hard-pushed to find a finer selection of quality lamps, in such a small shop, near and around this area. Table lamps, floor lamps, ceiling, wall and standard. Theres also a great range of wall clocks, mirrors, and lots of other decorative accessories to tempt you. Their service is first class and nothing is too much trouble.
