As my title states, once again I received first class customer service from Cruise Kings. From my initial enquiry I was treated like an individual, with nothing too much trouble to ensure that my holiday requirements were accommodated. Every question that I asked was answered to a high standard and gave me full confidence in the company and particularly with Naomi Walker who dealt with my enquiries from start to finish. Thank you so much. I very much look forward to doing more business with you.

This is the first & definetly the LAST time I book with cruise kings I booked & payed for our cruise & was told I would get confirmation of receipt instead about 30 minutes later I had a call saying the cruise had increased in price after I already made payment so had no choice but to book as Id already sorted insurance ect.. it had only gone up a small amount but NOT the point as Id already booked & payed this has never happened before with any other cruise bookings Ive made in the past elsewhere & if it had they would of waived the extra cost for me so I wont be using cruise kings again in the future!!! Wouldnt let me give 0 stars!! AVOID

After over six months still waiting on refund of expenses after flights cancelled. Sent all receipts required and still no payment on some expenses. Very stressful and frustrating. PS Received refund. It seems at admin there were some crossed wires. Overall very happy. When flights were cancelled Cruise Kings did everything to help make things run as smoothly as possible Thank you.
