        2 weeks to get someone to measure who only appeared after several chase up calls, then another week and we had to call them to get the price after the guy said he would text me with it and timescales for fitting which were too long. A shame because the initial help in the shop was good and no problem taking samples home to check.

        Excellent value and service from start to finish. No sales pitch or pressure when choosing our carpets. Fitting was arranged at times that suited us and the fitters that came out were very polite, professional and done a great job. Highly reommend using Sillers.
