Had my scan here today, and loved the whole experience! The ladies were so lovely super welcoming so friendly, the room is lovely and calming, they took a good amount of time to check baby was all okay, they have a great selection of teddies and gender reveal items all at a reasonable price, we also got a lovely amount of baby scans all included in the price, will be back again and I would highly recommend. Thankyous very much for making my day so memorable.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I went for a private scan when I first found out i was pregnant and I was 7 weeks and 2 days. They told me there was only 1 baby for sure that was with an internal scan too. Then 2 weeks later went for my nhs scan and the nhs seen 3 babies but one smaller and with no heartbeat so went to crosshouse a week later to check if baby c had developed any and it hadnt. I complained to ABC4D and the director of the company took a month to investigate and get back to me. I received an email and hes giving unreliable excuses to why they only seen 1 baby. He said indicate a monochrionic pregnancy (where the foetuses share one placenta). Which I can confirm is false information as all 3 babies had their own sac and the 2 that have heartbeats have their own placenta too. Also told me they could of been too close to each other, where I have pointed out that they would have still been able to tell with all the different heartbeats. I have emailed the director back and I havent heard anything. Not even getting my money back in this hard time.

The worst experience in my life which was not helped by the team in Ayr whatsoever! I had an early scan where the sonographer said she couldnt find a heartbeat and then left the room... came back with a letter to my midwife and told me I could go home. I was in for a maximum of 5 minutes and they provided no support and if anything couldnt get me out the door quick enough

If you want a early viability scan I would recommend window to the womb in Hamilton. We booked abc4d ayr 2 and a half weeks ago on a plus package which cost over 100 for a 6 week app and an 8 week app. The women wasnt very nice or freindly and told us it was a few days to early to see anything yet and to wait to our next appointment to come back which left us worried and anxious. A week later we went window To the womb where the women where so freindly as they know how much of an exciting time it is. They took excellent videos and scan photos for us and told us we where 6 weeks and 5 days now we then went back to our 2nd appointment to abc4d ayr 10 days later and the women had arrived late for work, it was as if she couldnt be bothered with us and the way we got spoke to was awful she then continues to tell us at a viability scan that our baby wont have legs and arms to wave at us yet. She couldnt get us out the door fast enough. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone for scans this is the happiest time Of peoples lifes. The receptionist however is lovely but the sornographers we seen where very blunt, unhelpful and couldnt be bothered with their job by the looks of it wont be back!
