        Really bad surgery the doctors don't care about there patients ans service is very slow.I have been treated like a second class citizen from them and I have been in there practice since birth now looking for a better gp

        I was on holiday when I went to the pharmacy in Morrison's in Ayr regarding a rash on my neck. I was advised to go to this surgery for an emergency GP appointment. The service was outstanding, the receptionist quickly and efficiently took my details and told me to wait in reception. Five minutes later I was sent upstairs to wait for the GP to examine my neck rash. I only waited ten minutes and the GP - Dr Karen Coulter (that was the name on my prescription) was brilliant. Thank you so much for your amazing service, my neck improved very quickly. Highly recommended this surgery.
