The photography was first class (the drone footage was an especially nice touch) and through social media he reached a wide variety of prospective buyers really quickly. My property sold faster than I expected and achieved a great price. I would highly recommend!

The mark of any successful small business is it's ability to build a track record of delivery through word of mouth; in a short time Michael has done that and his reputation is absolutely justified. Im not generally one for writing reviews, however Montgreenan Property have now carefully completed three transactions on behalf of our wider family unit during challenging times both personally and in the market, far exceeding expectations and anything quoted by competitors. In each case Michael provided an absurdly good service delivered with a refreshing honesty, integrity and style; qualities missing from so many businesses these days. The modern, personalised approach, efficiency and deeply respectful manner with which he cares for all parties involved cannot be underestimated - particularly given the sensitivity and importance of a house move! I particularly appreciated the fact that, in spite of his workload, Michael took care of every aspect of the process personally and was always on hand to offer a calming influence and sound advice underpinned by a wealth of experience. You could say hes the Ronseal of real estate agents! I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

My parents purchased a flat through Montgreenan Property Group and from our very first viewing to our moving day, Michael was so helpful, kind and very understanding with my parents, having been in the same property for over 47 years. Very professional and knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Our only regret is that we did not instruct MPG to sell!
