Bad experience in the Ayr shop today 29/10/22. Sale handbag was marked at 71 and went through the till at 94, highlighted to the sales assistant it was a higher price. He advised that the item had been marked at the wrong price and he could not give it to me at the lower price even though it was advertised incorrect. Very disappointed on how he handled this situation when it was a mistake on the shops part.

Son went in to ask about vacancies in-between completing his Uniformed services course. Staff member said "eh no" then proceeded to laugh at him. This shop is obviously isn't looking for intelligent individuals keen to work and so my son's obviously dodged a bullet there.

--APPALLING SERVICE--, I bought a CP Company tee shirt and agreed a return for a bigger size. I never heard from Unique again, I sent numerous emails non were answered. My return was collected from the post office and it tuck 6 weeks for me to get my money back via a Paypal dispute whom resolved in my favour due to no communication from this retailer. In a competitive retail market Id look elsewhere.

My experience of this shop is not great. When I recieved my first order I was surprised to find that the shoes were an odd pair ie a 10 and an 11 . I tried unsuccessfully to contact customer services so had to return them at my expense. A replacement pair of 10's were allegedly dispatched a week later but were mysteriously lost by DPD .I was refunded in full and was also told that I would have my postage refunded . I am still waiting 2 weeks later. My advice would be avoid
