Went in to change my pay as you go to sim only. The first girl was rude and got me someone else to deal with me. He was slow and after assuring me my old number would be changed within 24 hours he had not done this at all. I had to contact customer service from 3 myself and this process took much longer for me to get it changed! Clearly inexperienced staff and would not recommend
