        Bought a pendant football and needed the jump ring changed. The staff were brilliant and the jeweller sorted it out and I had left chain for them to put on the pendant, and what a lovely surprise the pendant was on and the chain was cleaned up and looked like it was a new one. Also no charge for anything they had done., thank you so much
