During my tenancy they always responded to any issues I had regardless as to how trivial they were, my mind was always put at rest and nothing was a hassle.
Sadly I lost my husband in 2020 and had to end my tenancy. The staff were very sympathetic and were amazing with the move out process. No pressure was put on me to speed up the process of me moving out.
The fact that the owners and staff are family orientated they are very approachable. You can call up and talk to anyone of them as they all know what is going on and when.
I am 100% positive that any landlord using Toner and McCartney will receive the same treatment as tenants - this being when you approach them you are all that matters at that point! Your satisfaction is their only concern.
I am currently in a rental with another company but hoping that Toner and McCartney get a suitable property for me on their books soon as I would rather deal with the team there.
