Wonderful product BUT terrible, terrible customer service. I would strongly caution anyone to avoid doing business with Begg X Co. Beware if you need to return your item. Do not expect Begg to be helpful or honorable. Plenty of other brands will give you the kind of attention this price point demands.

Had a little tour around the factory it was amazing to see the different machines and techniques used to make the products. The outlet had beautiful cashmere products and all the staff there are wonderful and very helpful.
