AVOID AVOID AVOID Had Got this company to drain down my caravan a was there for full day waiting to be told they can't come so made arrangements with them and left key in safe place then a called 2 weeks later to arange collection of keys for caravan to be told its not been done when I asked why lady on the phone says it will be frozen same as other caravans cause how cold it is so a got hold of craigtara explaining what's happening they called me back 30 minutes later to say everything OK and they drained it down but the attitude from the lady from heat ayr was a disgrace and not professional I will never use them again and personally the lady that was on the phone should learn how to speak to people a don't understand how she has a job with that attitude I'm very un happy way them and the service Personally a will pay extra to craigtara then ano its done and have peace of mind

Called Heatgas to attend my static caravan as we had changed the propane bottle and could not get the boiler to ignite. Spoke to Reece who was more than helpful he provided a same day appointment time and attended timeously. Reece & Grant attended on time and i had hot water and central heating within 30 minutes. They also advised that my regulator may require changing and have now made an appointment for boiler service and gas safety check . Very reasonable prices Service: Heating system maintenance
