Peter and Mark were absolutely brilliant, they came to help us out the day after I phoned! Once we figured we needed a new boiler, Peter advised us on our best options and it was only a couple of days before we were up and running with our new boiler! Emma was super efficient in sorting out the finance, as well as being lovely herself and Mark took the time to set up our thermostat as well as show me how to use it properly. Absolutely delighted with their service and customer handling, they now have clients for life with us!

Peter and Mark were fantastic nothing was too much trouble from a very competitive estimate, arriving promptly every morning for 4 days and carrying out the installation of a new LPG heating system. Peter gave us good advice on other work we were thinking about carrying out later in the year probably saving us 000s in the long run. Thank you guys looking forward to getting you back. Cannot speak highly enough of the service we had from GasOn Ayr. Contacted Bosch who said they would contact local contractors for us. GasOn were the only one of three who actually did get in touch. We had two other estimates for a new Bosch boiler from other local companies, GasOn were the best. The other contractors wanted to lift floorboards and box in pipes up walls etc. Peter from GasOn was the only one who listened to what we wanted and was very positive about being able to do what we wanted. The others hummed and hawed and were very negative. The estimate said they could start the work in four weeks time but when I phoned and spoke to Emma ( who was very pleasant and efficient) and told her we had had no hot water for nearly two weeks , she said she would speak to Peter and would phone me back, which she did a half hour or so later. Peter re-arranged his schedule and managed to start two days later. He missed a day then came back the next day and finished working at the weekend. Both Peter and Mark were very pleasant, very good at their work and cause little upset in the house. We are very pleased with the work they carried out and would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to family and friends.
