        Twice now the carers have not shown up at dinner time, so my auntie would go hungry if we didnt live closeby. One carer in particular has a horrible attitude, is rude and winds up her cat. Another makes my auntie get up from her chair to chase the cat away, when she is prone to falls. Shocking service. Not being looked after properly. After numerous complaints, we are told they will call us back, never happens.

        Had this service for my son to take him out wish we hadn't bothered as they took him somewhere and questioned him if he had been treated well at home and been anything to eat.I wouldn't wish this service on anyone.

        Provided a fantastic service for my dearest Mum. Great timekeeping at my Mum's request with kind, considerate, friendly and loving, expert care. Most especially from Helen and Karen. Could not have hoped or received a better service.
