Extremely helpful and lovely team at the Ayr branch! Ran into a few problems during the course of trying to sell my property but the team at Slater Hogg & Howison were always keeping me up to date and pushing for movement with my sale. They were professional and friendly and I would highly recommend them for any property sales.

SHH for sale board tied to lamp post in parking place instead of using front garden The house was sold and new occupants moved in before Christmas. The For Sale sign board was changed to sold within 2 months of so SHH are perfectly aware that this board is sited away from the property positioned on a lamp post. This sign has been advertising the lamp post for minimum of 6 months. This has no right to be there and I suggest it is removed forthwith.

Went out of my way to visit the Ayr office yesterday to enquire about a potential letting. Spoke to a lady who told me the person who deals with these is out of the office. She took my details and assured me I would receive a call later that afternoon. Guess what, no call received. So it's the usual estate agent fob you off blarney. My potential business is obviously not important to them.

Iam selling my Turnberry home valued recently at 750k I would use all Estate agents as I have high regard for all including slater hogg ,however,not David grant ,rewind ,selling my portfolio of my flats,35 number ,valued 1.5 million ,signed me up ,at time he worked for another agent,took 4k never heard from him again ,all being said, if a member of any company is treats you badly ,you won't use that company,
