Parcel never arrived said they couldnt find my address and returned it to company . Waiting on a parcel just now, didnt know the company used UPS or wouldnt have bothered. Every time I try to tack it says invalid code. Have checked with company , I have the right code. Messaged me to say these fees of 76 , tried to pay , website just kept refreshing, agreed Id pay on delivery , heard no more 5 days ago

Delighted after attempts a 3 UPS access points to finally get one that accepted my parcel for return. The 1st in Troon did not take it as they dont get pick ups from UPS. The 2nd at Hollow Ayr did not have a scanner ... thanks to the 3rd shop at Burns Monument Ayr for accepting the parcel.. dont know why the others are listed on google ..
