I have worked with home instead since January and I love it,Ive never done carer before and working with home instead makes me love what I do all the staff are so understanding and help you whenever you are in need for help and there is always someone you can get on the phone aswell

I recently started at Home Instead in October as a Support Co-Ordinator. I remember starting and hearing the words "we are a big family here" and I remember thinking about that saying and the connotations that go with it. I was so wrong!!!!! I have never met a bunch of nicer and kinder people in my life. Everyone is treated with respect and well, "like a family" and this makes us the best care provider to look after your family. Coming into the Ayr Office is like coming home, you are always made to feel welcome and always offered a cup of tea. These are the small details that matter and whether you are looking for care for your family member or enquiring about a job, these small details stand out. If anyone is looking for a sign to apply for a job or reach out for that care for your loved one, this is it. :)

I have been working with Home Instead for just over 1 year, and I can honestly say it has to be the best care company I have ever worked with. We have amazing support for the Care pro's and the office team. The managers are always there for support whether it be work of personal reasons. the care for the clients is the best, everyone genuinely cares for the clients best interests and wellbeing and with the minimum 1 hour visits we really get a chance to get a good relationship with our clients and their families. I wouldn't be anywhere else.

After trying several care companies and feeling like giving up care because we get no respect, and worked to the core beyond our control, I applied for home instead. Since I hit that apply button I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart Home Instead is the BEST care company possible, a care company that actually cares about their service users and staff (unheard of in Care sector right? I thought the same). Since joining last month I have been treated with so much respect, looked after in my joining journey, and even when our in the field they check in on you to make sure you are happy and comfortable with your daily tasks, if there any concerns they are more than happy to help. You can go into the office anytime even just a random chat or a cuppa. By far the best team and company. Thank you for everything.

As a carer for the last 10 years this is by far the best company I've ever worked for. Being a caregiver is so rewarding and very much enjoying my role. The clients are just amazing and I'm so glad I'm there for them. My colleagues are also a great team to work for and always try their best to accommodate us in every way. Cant wait to learn more and build up my career with Home Instead. Five stars all the way
