I went to Rogersons in Ayr for the first time and was welcomed by the manageress and Tess who provided a friendly courteous service and genuine knowledge of footwear. Nothing was too much bother. I bought a pair of boots and shoes and highly recommend Rogersons for good quality service and brands of footwear. Thankyou both so much. Kind regards Jaci G

I visited the Ayr store today with my elderly Father In-Law. The staff members who assisted us couldn't do enough for us. The assistant who mainly dealt with us was fantastic. She went above and beyond to help my Father In-Law. Her knowledge of the stock was vast and she offered advice which proved extremely helpful. My Father In-Law was in pain due to his knees and they quickly provided water and paracetamol to help him. We came away with 2 pairs of shoes and slippers for my Father In-law, shoes for my husband and boots for me! I can't praise or thank the staff enough. The two assistants who helped us deserve some recognition from head office.
