I was the first appointment of the afternoon at the Sandgate branch, it was all locked up. I phoned the number and the lawyer was still at lunch, I should have just cancelled then and there, disappointed with the outcome.

I would never recommend digby brown solicitors to anyone i am Very unhappy I do not like people who lie and cheat you or family members out of what they are due and the fact you have to give them any stars at all before your review is taken on to the site if I could I would give them no stars

Unless you've lost a limb and it was caught on camera one of their 3 day week solicitors may email you once every other month depending what days they can be bothered to actually do there job. I would STRONGLY ADVISE good honest solicitors who will fight your corner an d care about their clients because please believe me this lot MOST CERTAINLY DON'T in a word your NO1 Ambulance chasers who want easy money for VERY LITTLE WORK. ABSOLUTELY USELESS Avoid like the plague must have been their founder who penned the name ambulance chasers. Spot the difference! They bought the company's absolute lie despite my nearly being killed and I'm being told that the driver responsible cant be contacted by the company 'the solicitors and was I asked if I had a phone no. NO which I have .please people think twice before even considering these charlatans. They dont care about you ' Just the big chunk of your compensation if it's easy enough. Remember solicitor's can represent you . You get 100% of your claim and they charge their fee to the others. STAY AWAY PEOPLE ITS IN YOUR BEST INTEREST
