        Customer care and service have obviously by passed the wee guy in this shop. Will never darken the doors again of this establishment. Trying to give good clothing to any good cause and meet by this buffoon. Took all four bags to Bernardos in Prestwick who were a delight to deal with.

        The never clearly explain which clothes they exactly take, they have lot of filters for collection and there is very very bad way handling customers handpicking /selecting the clothes for 10kg of 3 pounds, please dont waste time going there, you have to spend 1 hour to sort the clothes for them and will get 5 pounds for it
