Brought my recently acquired 'approved' used car here for service (purchased from another dealer who were giving me the run around by constantly delaying my appointment) and they resolved the issues fantastically, quickly, under warranty and without any grievance. Service, attention to detail, friendliness, communication and fixing my issues were first class. Thank you MB Ayr and especially Mackenzie who looked after the whole process.

Dealt with Shayne at the parts department and he was excellent and very helpful , finding the part I required and at a competitive price . The only downside is the strange payment method that Mercedes use , I stay 35 miles away so it could mean another journey to collect the part .

My experience with Mercedes Benz Ayr was 5star Priya in sales was especially helpful and knowledgeable in the whole process I gave her a budget and she came up with the perfect car for me. The whole experience was flawless there are couple of small issues which will be resolved soon and I love my car and will return to Mercedes Ayr for my next purchase. Bought an used car in July, they were quick to sell, very polite, I was impressed. I did not even get car matts, key ring or anything only because I bought it in cash... quite odd. 6 weeks post sale, I had complained about the first issue with car windows. Reported the fault with front and back windows... I have been told that I need to bring car to Ayr, even though I live an hour away. I sent a video after they got back to me stating there's nothing wrong with my car... After seeing the video, they have magically found the fault. Trims were hardly touching the windows and I only had the car for 6 weeks at the time. Got the car back after the works been done and right away discovered that only front windows were fixed. Phoned them querying it and womanfeom the service department (who I told personally about 4 windows), rudely replied that I only reported issue with front windows. Hearing the attitude, I was waiting for her telling me something along the lines of being unable to understand my accent because I was foreign. Then she continued her explanation saying that such issues are not eunder the "USED CAR" warranty making it sound like used cars are not good enough for them. I was like WOW- now it is my fault because I did not buy a brand new Merc. They were meant to phone me back, to resolve it further, although I never heard from them again. I bought the car from what I thought was a reputable dealer only yo find out that they have lied to me during the sale. I have phoned them asking about the engine and the sales rep Thomas N. Has assured me that the engine had a chain and it is definitely a Mercedes engine. That was the ultimate decision maker for me. Thomas has assured me that was the information confirmed with their service department. I am pretty sure this is against the law to lie about it. I will be taking it further. Very disappointed.
