Explained a very upsetting situation to be told by secretary at front desk they didn't deal with such. I was given no legal reason as to why, no opportunity to even speak to a solicitor, totally snubbed by an indifferent member of staff on the front desk who, In my opinion didnt like the 'subject' of my complaint. A dreadful way to address a potential paying client. I asked if my accent or the subject matter was her issue to be snubbed and told "we don't deal in these isues"... thats fine- my 300,000 house is soon to go on the market, they have lost out there too.

Black Hay is an excellent firm to deal with. Pamela Lamb and David Leashman are friendly and professional. They acted for us when we purchased both our houses. The job was done quickly and efficiently both times and we would not consider going anywhere else.
