Terrible place to deal with .not very helpful. No refunds given so if buying something make sure it Is correct. Very ignorant people .definitely will never be back in the shop again .

I called at 4.30pm the day before we were shopping for Kilt hire. The reason was to check their availability as we only had 5 weeks until the wedding and other local vendors were out of stock. The lady on the phone confidently said yes we will be able to accommodate you and come in the following day. On arrival we were duly asked how they can help, but instantly were met with an unlikely to get anything expression. I mentioned we called and they shrugged whilst helping another individual. Then we were told there were 3 people waiting to get fitted downstairs which was unconvincing as there were no people and no mention of appointment being required the day before. Needless to say, we left as it seemed too much trouble for them at the time. Surprising reception given the other reviews and would of hoped for better after driving 35mins to shop. Perhaps if you had set some expectation like come back in an hour etc.
