        Had problems with the heating, too cold and wouldn't heat up, was given an additional heater for the room. Shower was also an issue as as much water shot out the pipes as came out the shower head. Unable to get fixed as staff couldn't find a replacement part. Breakfast was very good as was the evening meal we had. Bar staff were excellent.
