        This host ruined my sons trip, did not provide the correct code to get in and did not respond to his calls and texts, leaving him, his partner and two dogs in the rain for hours. The host finally responded in the late evening but offered no apologies whatsoever.

        Disappointed by the hosts apathy. The code provided by the host on Airbnb to enter the main door didnt work. The host was unresponsive and despite hours of calling the host, left outside in the pouring rain, Airbnb had to step in and cancel the booking. At 9pm of the same day, after we had to travel to Glasgow to find somewhere to stay, the host finally got back to us and offered no apologies or remorse for ruining two days of our holiday. The listing and flat may be nice however if something goes wrong the host may not be there for you.
