Visiting family in Ayrshire for Xmas and wanted to continue Alexander Technique lessons which Id recently started elsewhere. I found Neville advertising locally via Google search - he conveniently offers home visits, with own table, and masked-up for COVID safety. Very knowledgeable, offering great advice, and actively listened to adapt his lesson to my situation. He also used my phone camera to provide immediate visual feedback during the lesson which was a great modern adaptation to the traditional methods! Would highly recommend the Alexander Technique to anyone as a means towards using the body in a freer, more effectively co-ordinated way, and Neville as an instructor if you are in the local area.

Neville gave a talk at a meeting of my Rotary Club. He explained the cause and the cure for back pain in a totally different way from anything I had heard in the past. It made so much sense. If I had a problem with back pain I would certainly be making appointments with Neville rather than suffer the traditional cures.

Had met Neville at a Rotary club dinner where he was giving a talk about Alexander Technique. After trying different other things for my back pain, I decided to give him a phone & he fitted me in that evening. Was very informative & I've learned some things to take forward, hopefully to better improve my knowledge, body movement & be less tense in my back.
