A good example of bad customer service After having booked an appointment with Kayleigh 7 weeks in advance I set off on a 2 hour journey for my appointment only to receive a message whilst on route to say Kayleigh was unwell and had to reschedule all her appointments for specifically 9 days , obviously I was disappointed at the short notice but understand people do get ill but dont usually know when they will recover. I rescheduled for the aforementioned mentioned 9 days. On the morning of the reschedule I received a message 2 hours before (you guessed it) Kayleigh wont be in today as she had taken Ill on holiday Apparently she was not ill but in Ibiza. So sad to say I cannot recommend this salon as the customer service is shocking and the customer care is none existent. In conclusion if you require good honest customer service where you are treated with a little consideration then this is not the place for you.
