Have used Ross many times over the years. New boiler, radiators, new kitchen plumbing etc and can't recommend him highly enough. Very helpful and gives great advice. . Great timekeeper and tidy work. Always a pleasure.

Shocking Timewaster. Wasted time waiting for appt. Turned up obviously not wanting the work. Promised quote for that night. 4 days later no quote no explanation when I re-emailed my email address. Have been without heating or hot water for 10days now. Avoid

I would like to give my praises to Ross the plumber from R Tait Plumbing and heating for the excellent service we received today.. We had an issue with our heating system but after a phone call an appointment was made and the boys arrived exactly on time.. They found the problem fairly quickly and after a getting to work they replaced the part and we were up and running once more,, Great job done by these professional workmen and most of all we weren't overcharged,, I would certainly use them again and will pass the details onto friends..5 stars
