Not a good experience. My 93 year old mother whose medical condition requires her to be warm and comfortable at home, called in distress to inform me that this company's call handler had promised a visit from an engineer on Thursday last. At 16:30 no engineer. She phoned this company and was told that due their own error "no engineer had picked up this job." She was told repeatedly by the call handler that "unfortunately" no engineer was available on the promised day. "Unfortunately" doesn't cut it. I called. It was not a happy call. I got "unfortunately" a lot, too, but stuck with it. Let's be clear, there are lots of engineers out there, happy, no doubt, to work after 17:00 for time and a half, which fact, I fear, might have influenced this company's initial decision to let an old lady with serious health problems stay for another day in a cold house with no hot water. Wrong decision, which was overturned. But what if my mum hadn't had somebody to help? I used the "Contact us" prompt on their website, but it wasn't a priority for this company to even acknowledge receipt. Think twice. It happened to my mum. Do you want it to happen to yours?

We had an engineer out twice, paid call-out charge for both visits ( for different error codes) when second error appeared again we were told by Oneils that they were busy with contract customers and wouldnt attend to our break down. Absolutely disgusting service!!! Probably be different if I paid a THIRD call out charge.
