Our contact at Barry Whalen was John and we couldn't have had a better experience. He was so kind and professional, he made a difficult time so much easier. I think it sounds really cheesy but it feels like it's a proper vocation for John/the team - nothing was ever too much trouble and anything within John's power to make things easier was always cheerfully offered and sorted quickly. During such a sad and overwhelming time we felt like we had the best guide possible by our side. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism, I'll never forget it and would recommend you to anyone who needs compassionate and courteous care.
