    When it works it's good

This charger is pretty unreliable, and usually always doesn't work. However when it does charge, the CCS charges at 32kW on my Tesla Model 3. The charger usually fails to communicate, and can be fixed by pressing the emergency stop button, pulling it out, then pressing the stop button on the AC side for about 30 seconds. The machine will then suddenly start communicating again. It's awkward, but for a free rapid charger, I can't make too many complaints.

Swarco now manage the infrastructure. Since their acquisition, the chargers often don't work, can be left for weeks in this way and it appears to be all over Ayrshire, this is an issue. I'm not sure about the rest of Scotland, but despite numerous reports to them, they just don't maintain the network or have any interest in doing so. Quite appalling to be honest.
