The Cathcart Street Practice

For me this surgery has been a breath of fresh air. I left my last surgery due to staff at the practice being rude & somewhat aggressive over their own mistakes I registered with cathcart street & had been nervous that history would repeat, but no, all the doctors have been outstanding & treated me kindly & respectfully, the receptionists are lovely, the doctors are professional & respectful & they don't prejudge they make their own minds up, unlike my last practice who only cared about what I term as unsubstantiated personal opinions of others in professional occupation. Instead of medical facts. Cathcart street have rebuilt my faith in doctors & for that I'm thankful & extremely grateful. I'd just like to add that the pharmacist is also lovely, at my last practice the pharmacist seemed utterly incapable of adding up, or getting any prescriptions right but at this practice that's never been the case A big thank you to the staff & doctors in cathcart street.
