Me and my husband used certass for a number of years, we discontinued our membership due to a terrible experiences... we have heard recently of a fellow Glazing company in our area have also had a bad experience, we have kept the lid on our experiences with Certass, but from hearing about another business and their experience, people should be aware , that have no customer service care whatsoever and only after I cant name other companies that have dropped out of their scheme, but Ive been advised that they are willing to show their experiences... To new companies steer clear of them, there are many cheaper alternatives which has a wealth of knowledge and fad customer care... you can message me directly for an in depth conversation about our experiences.
