Hi I have had very many units that have been in your inventory for many months and managed to repair within 10 days also I have witnessed the most dangerous replacement cooling fan installed I've ever seen still have pics of it I am willing to bring my knowledge over 20 years us the huge customer service base I have if your willing to talk... P.s I can build pretty much anything a customer wants

In one word Heroes I took my usb flash drive stick into the Storm guys last week which appeared to be done, dead, gone. With over 10 years worth of data on it, a mixture of personal and work stuff, I / we didnt hold out much hope. But miraculously Gary and Steven worked miracles and managed to bring the wee thing back to life and saved ALL of my data. To say I am very lucky and very VERY grateful barely covers it. Thank you so much again guys ! Absolute life savers
