I placed an order online using Just Eat and was told the order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived just at 15 minutes expecting maybe a couple minutes delay but oh no, not even close. Got there and advised the clerk of my order, she said it would be right up. 10 minutes go by and I inquire on the status and she asks for the name again, I give it, she then says she can't find my order. I then have to get an email confirmation sent by Just Eat and show it to her, the kitchen just then starts my order. I wait an additional 15 minutes for the food and its the wrong food. At this point I'm hungry and agitated so I just take it and leave. I had ordered a Yakisoba style udon noodle dish. When I get home the meal was just udon noodles, fried onions and bean sprouts, chicken, and a bit of sauce... nothing like the description or pictures displayed. Service and food were both unacceptable.
