2 days before collecting my new van my part exchange car was damaged in an accident, Mykell Bell was more than understanding and kept the van on hold until the insurance had paid out. Bridgend then took the car and have repaired it themselves. Would buy from again.

I bought my new car at Irvine branch and after a few issues the Ayr branch have been very accommodating with repairs and inspections and continue to do so . I cant fault the staff at the Ayr branch at all .

Stephanie, Thank you. Following a poor experience with trying to buy a car at another competitive dealership, I was very anxious and sceptical of car salespeople and the motor trade full stop. I haven't bought a car through a dealer in many years. However I contacted Bridgend, and was put through to Stephanie, who sent me a list of car options they had in stock. One fitted our needs perfectly, so along with a part exchange we were able to buy the car. Stephanie all through the sale was professional, polite and courteous, but most importantly she did what she said she would do, and didn't give any false promises, in fact went above and beyond my expectations.
