        Service was poor from arrival till we left, we were a family of 4, 2 kids aged 3 and 8 months, for a FAMILY cafe there was only 1 highchair which was already being used, therefore had to feed baby in pram. I had to ask 3 times for our hot drinks after our food arrived. I then asked a member of staff where the baby change was to be handed a changing mat and told to put on toilet floor, when I asked if this was a joke she proceeded to stand and talk about me with another member of staff not realising I was still behind them. Needless to say will not be returning and certainly will not be recommending this shambles of a place to anybody. Kid-friendliness: Definitely not child friendly. Only q highchair snd baby change I'd a changing mat on the toilet floor absolutely disgusting

        Love my latte & husband really loves their hot chocolate. Soup & toastie combo delicious, lovely cakes Friendly helpful staff even when they are run off their feet during summer season. They even have dog biscuits, pooch ice cream for sale and a water bowl outside
