Today Saturday 19th November went in to sort out another bond and to transfer my account from another bank.
I found the lady manager from the Irvine branch who was covering on the day, defensive and downright unhelpful. All of that short discussion put me off opening a full bank transfer.
That manager clearly had poor communication skills and did not listen pre judging my Issues raised with her.
I will take up with the proper bank manager
