        Wouldnt touch this company with a barge pole again. Had to get a damp report for a mortgage and MacMillan landed us with a 10k+ quote for works that had to be done before the mortgage company would complete the offer. Ended up going through another mortgage company and their surveyor found zero signs of damp or wood rot, the two items MacMillan said need immediate remedial works. If youre getting a quote from this company, make sure you get at least one other quotation from another reputable firm.
