I took my bike in about 18 months ago to have the rear wheel respoked and trued and, while it took longer than expected (about 10 days), they did a great job and saved me about 200 over the cost of a new one. My main criticism is that while they have no space to spare in the shop, they also don't appear to have have any sort of booking system which would allow you to bring your bike in when they can repair it ASAP. Consequently, you often have to leave your bike with them for days, and they're not the best at providing info on when the work will be done.

I am so grateful to the guy in this shop, who helped me out in a sticky situation. I was travelling through on my summer holiday and got a severe puncture on my tubeless tyre. I had a repair kit but no idea how to use it and he took the time to sort it out for me straight away, even if he was obviously very busy with other stuff. Big thumbs up!
