        Wow just wow. My husband is 60 tomorrow and I need a gluten free birthday cake for him googled gluten free cakes and gillian came up. Just received the cake and it is amazing. I'm sure it will taste as good as it looks. The cake looks amazing. It maybe my 1st mystery cake but it won't be the last. I would advise anyone that has a gluten free diet to buy off of gillian. Thank you again Gillian xx

        I ordered a celebration cake. The service was fantastic and any questions I had were answered quickly. Thr cake it's self looked amazing and tasted great. I will definitely be ordering all my cakes from here now. Absolutely flawless.

        Oh my! The cherry & coconut scones are epic, these I will not be sharing. The lemon and poppyseed load was a huge hit with the hubby with is GF and DF, was gone in 2 days. Very excited to have found Gluten Free Cakes and Bakes.
