Whiteshawgate Caravans

Stored our little caravan here a year now but the enormous potholes & having to cut down knee high weeds to get to the door of our van have beaten us. The annual fees have just arrived & they have shot up from 275 to 330! Not sure what the extra charge is for - it's certainly not for site maintenance. We've moved to another storage place already.....

We stored our caravan here for a couple of year. After raising concerns about the state of the yard (huge potholes and weeds everywhere) via email several times we didn't get a response. Eventually the owner called us and told us to leave the site and that he wasn't going to let us stay because we asked him to repair the potholes. Terrible way to do bussines and a very rude owner. Can't take any constructive criticism.

20% increase in fees this year. When I contacted him I was told it was due to material costs for maintenance. When I questioned what maintenance as Im last 6 years there has been none with weeds high and pot holes at gate and all round site his attitude changed and said not to renew my lease as he has 100 waiting. His attitude stinks and I have since found more secure better kept storage cassoa registered and also a little cheeaper with extra facilities

Potholes are a disgrace and a rise in fees is totally unacceptable does anyone know of other storage facilities in the area?

Could do better, as someone else has already said the pot holes are huge and unavoidable the weeds are waist high.
