As a dog lover my dogs are like my children. I was nervous putting my dogs Aj and Bear here, as theyve done day care elsewhere but not kennels. But all I can say is if you are in doubt, dont be. Dont go elsewhere. This place is amazing. The grounds and the areas are spot on for dogs. I got updates throughout their stay reassuring me they boys were doing good. It really helped. The staff were so professional and friendly and just seemed like dog lovers. They were flexible with me at changing or adding or amending times and dates! The dogs have came home happy boys, when I went to collect them they didnt want to leave! That speaks volumes!! Thanks so much EK hotel for dogs. We will be back!
