The staff here were so friendly and helpful. With their time and attention I was able to save 80 on a winter coat compared to a nearby shop. They helped me through the process of buying it via the Blacks website using their kiosk as they didnt have one in store and it was delivered (free of charge) to my home a couple of days later.
