        We have never met such a rude shop assistant. She obviously doesn't like her job or perhaps just English people! She didn't have the time of day for us, was not prepared to help with our enquiry full stop! She kept cutting short our sentences. An embarrassment to the company. You need a customer focused assistant who is happy to help not drive your customers away. You have a lot of competition on the street so the right assistant is imperative.
