Absolutely fantastic service! Firstly bought ski boots pre lockdown and recently needed them altering. This took a while to get right, staff were very patient, knowledgeable and professional. There was no charge for this due to boots being originally purchased from there. The after service in Ellis Brighams is fantastic. This is the second pair of ski boots bought from here. I have had my skis serviced many times here, recently I had a patch replaced when I managed to hit a rock. The skis are always done to a very high standard. Probably why they have lasted me so long! Hire your equipment here rather than risking a trip to the ski centre to find out if they've got anything left Friendly service and reasonable price.

Fantastic ski boot fitting today for myself and husband. Aidan was thorough, patient, explained every step of the fitting process as he went along! Suggested various options, explained the pros and cons which helped us decide on new boots! Weve never had such an excellent boot fitting ever before and weve had a few but this was way beyond our expectations! We both have lovely comfy new boots that fit like a glove, with no pressure points and its a delight to put them on! Cant thank Aidan enough for his help today, hes an amazing asset to your team!
