Attended yesterday with my elderly mother. From the minute we stepped thru the door, the receptionists were very helpful and welcoming. Scott the optician was very helpful and thorough, explaining everything with patience. Then Tom helped with choosing new frames and was very helpful and gentle. Huge thanks to them all and would highly recommend them!!

Friendly, expert service and attention to clients needs.very happy with the level of service, a little expensive, but you get what you pay for.

I don't go here howevery dad does and he said the optician is great but the receptionist was really unwelcoming to him when he went in to see if his glasses were ready for collection. So I called for him on the Monday and was told I would get a call back, I still had not heard back by the Friday so went in and was met with a rude receptionist who made me feel so small, she told me if dads glasses were ready they would have called, however when she checked his glasses were there, it was made very clear I was interrupting her though and was not made to feel welcome.. Not the treatment you expect when my dad has spent a lot of money on glasses there. A bit of friendliness and a more welcoming attitude would go a long way. It is not nice to belittle people or just be plain rude. Maybe some customer service training is needed and some human decency.
