Despite receiving excellent service during my visit, unfortunately Bear Necessities does not honour its own published return and refund policy.
After returning my dress in mint condition and within the required 2-week period, I was refused a refund because I didnt inform them of my intention beforehand.
This is not included as a requirement in their policy and therefore contravenes consumer rights. (The right to clear and honest information before you buy)
Beware!!
Make sure you fully intend to keep your dress before you buy it and pray that no immediate, unfortunate circumstances arise where you no longer need it.
